A character design I was commissioned to do about 6 or so months ago, for Chorus' Gigatown competition. Wherein the town with the most votes got fast internet first.
It was supposed to be a superhero like character, and she was supposed to star in a sort of video, in a way to encourage people to go online and vote. Nothing came of the design, it was not used, so I thought I'd post it here.
It took me about 2 or so hours, in Photoshop CC and Elements, with a Wacom.
